On our day off on Tuesday, I went to Tokyo DisneySea. Most likely the most amazing Disney park of them all. Here are photos to share my day:

After two years of being a "normal" person, I've run off to be a "roadie" once again. This time I'm with Sesame Street Live's Elmo Makes Music. "Coming to a neighborhood near you!"

This is the Cenotaph for the A-bomb Victioms. It's also known as the Memorial Monument for Hiroshima, City of Peace.
This is what they call the A-Bomb Dome. Before the bombing it was the Hiroshima Perfectural Industrial Promotion Hall. It's the only surviving building standing in the vincinity of the hypocenter (where they released the bomb).
It was both horrifying and enlightening to visit the Hiroshima Peace Park and Museum. It was work every bit of my time to go and learn about this horrifying event. The museum was very neutral on the events. It explains every detail of how nucelar bombs work, and the effects on humans. The muesum goes on to explain how now Hiroshima is leading the way in peace development. It's really quite inspiring. They have the Gates of Peace. These arches are incribed with the word "peace" in 49 languages.

This is a "Western" toliet, which has it's own hard drive, options, and a heated toliet seat. I mean really, these picutres were taken in the same restroom. In stalls right next to each other! I just don't understand some things at all! Happy travels!
That's right, a Statue of Liberty. I somehow ended up in the American Village. It's kinda crazy. So along I walk and I see other things like:

The giant golden geyoza and this interesting street lamp.

They sure do have some fancy man hole covers here in Osaka, Japan.
Tomorrow we leave Osaka and travel to Hiroshima. Sadly, I will only be there for two and a half days. I am going to go to the Peace Memorial Park, so look forward to pictures from that!

Cherry Blossoms are just starting to bloom. So I took a picture to share since everyone keeps asking about them. It's still really cold here, so they're just starting to bud.
Sumo Wrestling could possilby be the most fantastic sport ever. It's very civilized, and violent at the same time. The only thing missing was some trash talking. Kevin and I did our own commentary, when they would throw the salt down we would yell, "Your Momma!" Kevin learned how to say it in Japanese, but it doesn't really translate as an insult. Here's some more pics:

Alright, gotta run. Tony wants to go to lunch and I promised I'd go with him. Later!

Here I am after load out, boy was I dirty and tired. But look Dad, I'm using my gloves! Yay!
For giggles here's a picture of Marion.

Hello from Japan!
So here I am at the kid's play area at one of the shopping malls near the hotel. Charlie thought I was crazy, but it was tooo cute to pass up!
That was our cook. Kinda like Kobe Steak house back home, but there's no Kobe beef. They cook all kinds of things on the cook top. Here I am with the take out box:
Still trying to get a hang of putting pictures on the blog. Hope you enjoyed! Right now, I'm watching the Oscars with Tony. It's so werid to watch them at 9:00 on a Monday morning!
It seems that everyone came to see Pooh. Every floor of the mall had people looking down on Pooh, they were so happy to see him:
Later things got a little hairy, everyone rushed the stage to hug Pooh.
I'm here in Taipei. The flight was horribly long, and I felt awful. . . but today I'm feeling pretty good. We're almost all over our jet lag, and we're excited about our PRs. (Especially Pooh. . . he was so excited this morning, he didn't even eat all his honey!)
Today we had a promotional event at Green World:

Pooh and Tigger had a great time. The children were soooo happy to see Pooh that they gave him a cake. Pooh and Tigger also gave the Make-a-Wish foundation 100 tickets to the show for when we come back in June.
Later Pooh got to give hugs to some of the kiddies:
Soo cute!
I love my new digital camera, I'm so happy I could share this fun day with you!
